Jennifer Lara was a grants officer at the Open Society Institute, where she managed domestic and international grants and trained staff in the US, Central and Eastern Europe and throughout the former Soviet Union, before joining ICIS. Education: B.A., Russian, University of Texas at Austin, and M.U.P., NYU Wagner School of Public Service, 2002.
