David Klebanov

Former Graduate Research Assistant, ICIS

David Klebanov, former Graduate Research Assistant received his Master of Public Administration at Wagner in 2002. David earned his BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. He came to ICIS from Partnerships for Parks, a joint initiative of the City of New York/Parks and Recreation and the City Parks Foundation. At Partnerships, David created collaborations between citizen groups, city government and funders to improve the capital and operational quality of parks in Manhattan. His primary interest is in the application of management theory and practice to environmental problems.
