The ICIS Case Studies Project uses case methods to discover, illustrate, and analyze decision-making
models which can help increase the level and quality of community participation and improve public
decision-making in infrastructure system planning, construction, and management.
During the fall 2001 semester the case, Chicago Green Line Case: A Community Connects to its
Infrastructure, was piloted in three graduate level management courses at New York University's
Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
