Ilene Fiszel Bieler

Former ICIS Affiliate, ICIS

Ilene Fiszel Bieler, former ICIS affiliate, received a Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning Policy and Management in May 1999 from New York University's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. She is now a Senior Analyst in Environmental Affairs at Salomon Smith Barney. She has also served as a Research Intern performing project work for INFORM Inc., and the Citizens Budget Commission where she conducted an analysis comparing New York State infrastructure spending with New England and the Nation. Prior to pursuing her Masters Degree, Ilene was a Senior Buyer for May Department Stores, Lord & Taylor division in New York. Ilene holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Ilene prepared the ICIS report on the Brownfields Roundtables for her Masters Thesis.
