Vincent Phillip

Former Exchange Student, ENTPE, Lyon, France

Vincent Philip, former Graduate Research Assistant, completed a ten-month work exchange from the E.N.T.P.E., French State Civil Engineering School in Lyon. He completed a 10-month work experience at the Urban Utility Center, Polytechnic University, New York working as a Research Fellow, assuming scientific and engineering responsibilities as well as the management of projects. His studies at NYU will concentrate on water, and he recently worked on a Waterleak Detection Project with NYCDEP and Con Edison focusing on project scheduling, fieldwork preparation, improving data management and developing a risk analysis tool for help in decision-making process pertaining to the water leaks in the water distribution network of New York City.
